Xenadrine EFX includes a stimulant in the constituent, usually caffeine. The amount of caffeine is Xenadrine is estimated to be roughly the same as 3 coffee cups. This is the ingredient responsible for the boost in blood pressure and individuals using this product are cautioned against over dosage.
